Do you want to return or exchange something? No problem! Please let us know within 30 days and please ensure your items are original condition.

If you have purchased an item and the size doesn’t quite fit like you expected, you are more than welcome to send it back to us and we’ll be happy to organise an exchange for you.

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, firstly, we’re sorry! Secondly, we'll be more than happy to fix it - please contact us and we will organise your return/exchange asap.

How much is shipping & how long till' my order arrives?

Australian Standard shipping: $7.95
Australian Express shipping: $9.95.
International shipping: $17.95

All shipping rates are flat-rate. This means the price stays the same if you order one product or many. Pool together with your mates to save on shipping costs!

We will endeavour to have your order packed and given to Australia Post within 3 days. However, delivery times may change depending on your location and at Australia Post's discretion.

Sometimes we dispatch from multiple locations depending on which products you order. This means you may receive parts of your orders at different times. Please refer to the table below to check the delivery times. Our express option shaves a few days off clothing purchases.

If it has been over 4 weeks and you have not received your order, please get in contact with our support team who will be able to contact Australia Post on your behalf.
